Accounting is what keeps America going every day. In every industry an accountant is needed as a daily part of business to help in a variety of financial areas. Accountants make financial plans and keep records of everything they do. There are different types of accountants in the world.

There are four different types of accountants they are, public (CPA), management, government, and internal auditor. They are the major fields in the accounting business. In public pr (CPA) they perform a broad range of accounting, auditing, tax, and consulting activities for clients, in which could be, corporations, governments, nonprofit organizations, and individuals. CPA stands for Certified Public Accountants which are known for public. They own their own business or work in a public firm. The second one is management which is also called cost, managerial, industrial, corporate, or private account, management accountants, records and analyzes financial information of the companies they work for. In management the job description is a detailed listing of responsibilities, such as budgeting, performance evaluation, cost management, and asset management. They are usually part of the executive teams that involve strategic planning or development of new products.
Third is government which work in sectors, maintain and examine records of government agencies and auditing private business and individuals whose activities are subject to government regulation and/or taxation. The job description for this job is accountants are employed by federal, state or local government and work to guarantee that revenues are received and expenditures are made in accordance with laws and regulations. The last one is Internal auditor which verifies accuracy of their organizations internal records, check for mismanagement, waste, or fraud.
