There are five components that are good to have in the emergency plan. The first component is personnel, which is a major component because whoever comes to help the injured athlete they are all going to have to be prepared to work effectively with one another. All personnel should know how to do certain practices depending on the situation. Second component is equipment. The equipment should be on site and ready to be used. Personnel should know how to work the equipment that is given to them. Then we have to have good communication to one another and have transportation ready.
