How Church XYZ Uses Information
The Church of XYZ is located in Saint Paul, Minnesota. It is a non-profit establishment committed to spreading the gospel of Christ through worship, ministry, and their outreach to the community. Church XYZ is shared between the American community and Vietnamese community throughout the operating hours of the week to hold services. The Church is made up of multiple interrelated departments working together to performed through the daily operations. These departments/teams include the ushers, event managers, cleaning, maintenance, information stand, choir, finance, and school.
The ushering department is responsible for ushering members of the congregation into designated areas assigned for them. The event management team assists the pastorate in ensuring the smooth running of all events; these include church services, conferences, seminars, and special events. The cleaning department ensure that the building is kept compliant and tidy to ensure the health and safety of all the members and visitors. The maintenance team oversees all the building and maintenance projects undertaken by the church and ensures all maintenance works are carried out in line with set standards and in a safe and compliant environment. The information stand team is responsible for responding to the day to day queries of our members and visitors. This could range from finding out how to book an appointment with the priest to when the next event is due. The choir is made up of a group of dedicated members bonded by the same goal of leading the entire church in worshipping God in songs and spirits. The church finance and budget are handled by the finance department.
