Below is an essay on "Research Marks" from Anti Essays, your source for research papers, essays, and term paper examples.
Each group is to develop a market research proposal that identifies a product/service that can either be introduced to a market segment in Australia or exported from Australia to an overseas country. The research proposal must not only identify the product/service, but also evidence of this market potential via secondary data. As part of the group project, each student must design and submit an individual questionnaire.
Upon completion of this assessment, students should be able to:
1. Understand the major issues and problems faced by businesses who seek cross country growth.
2. Apply theory, identify and evaluate alternative solutions that come with developing such research plans.
3. Make an informed decision and/or sound recommendations.
4. Work harmoniously and contribute meaningfully in a group environment.
Details: Group report (30%)
Hint: It is strongly recommended that you start this task in Week 3 of the semester. Past groups have left this assessment to the ‘last minute’ and have had difficulty in developing a good submission.
Hint: To assist you with this project, there will be time allocated during the Week 8 tutorial for each group to get feedback from their tutor. Groups must bring in their draft reports for this. Groups not providing any documentation will not be given feedback (and therefore risk a lower grade).
All students must form a group of 4-5 people during the Week 2 tutorial. Groups of less than four will not be encouraged, likewise groups of six will not be approved unless for a specific reason (e.g. number of students enrolled). Once groups have been formed, they must provide a list of names and details to their tutor, and decide upon a product (or service) they wish to research.
