The 7 Habits for Highly Effective Teens
By Sean Covey

The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens was written by Steven Covey published in 1989 and is a self help book designed for teens. This book talks about that many different struggles in life a teen goes through. In talking about these daily struggles Covey gives helpful solutions for these issues. There are seven major topics in this book called habits. The habits include 1: Being proactive, 2: Beginning with end in mind, 3: Putting First Things First, 4: Thinking win-win 5: seeking first to understand, Then to be Understood, 6: Synergizing, And last 7: Sharpening the saw. I really needed to set dates on when I was going to do whatever it was that I needed to do. I stated to write my goals down and I actually enforced them. This really can into play with my homework. I always put my homework off until the very end and blamed it on things I had to do or people distracting me for doing it. But now I take responsibility for my own work and get it done before I need to. Another point that I...
